If you go through the drive thru, the weights may be off. I was shorted by them and I will never go back. We're already taxed enough in Ohio. You already can't get normal weights like an eighth and then the dispensary shorts you on the weights. Bad business
I don’t even know where to start — the whole point of a dispensary drive-thru is quick and convenient service. If that’s not happening, what’s the point? Might as well make everyone go inside. This is like the second or third time I’ve been stuck in the drive-thru for almost 45 minutes. That’s unacceptable.This is definitely my last time coming here. It’s ridiculous — people already place their orders online or through the app. All staff needs to do is check ID, take payment, and hand over the order. It shouldn’t take this long, and blaming it on being busy isn’t an excuse. Being busy is expected. If the team can’t handle that, management needs to step up: hire more staff, improve the workflow, or figure out a better system.This is exactly how businesses lose loyal customers. People come to a dispensary for convenience and speed — not to feel like they’re waiting in line at the DMV. I’m beyond frustrated with this experience. It really shouldn’t be this difficult.

Second time here and this is a great dispensary in Columbus! I have been to a couple other dispensaries closer to my home on the west side of town but I will continue to come here because of the staff. Everyone is so nice, the service is fast and the products are great! The first time I came here it was very busy but the line moved really quickly! They even answered some of my questions about getting a medical card and I really appreciate that. Until next time!!

I was helped by an employee named Cole or Colt. I had some questions since I've taken about a 2 year break and didn't know a lot about CBN, CBG, etc. They helped me with questions and gave me suggestions when asked. They were very friendly and informative. My only regret is that I didn't have a way to tip! I didn't have cash on me and there wasn't a prompt to tip while using card. Next time!!

He took the time to explain the available products, the differences between the different products and even let us know what products were becoming available in the near future. Im a huge recreational user, and this palce always has a good deal when I wanna save a buck. The product is on a whole other level too. So long as you are buying the bigger bags, you will be getting the correct amount vs other places that ive seen that take away from the half and whole ounce. Repeat customer for sure.

The girl at the front desk was super sweet! Staff was super efficient and informative. Product was high quality deals were pretty decent and I was in and out of there pretty quickly. There is a outdoor art gallery right next door, and there is a drive-thru, but you can go inside. Kind of looks sketchy from the outside, but go inside and you'll see it totally different view!

Not a good experience - I understand this is “new” here, but you can’t sell Delta-9 and try to pass it off as THC derived from flower. Would not recommend wasting your time or $$ here. You guys are going to make people sick giving them stuff they don’t ask for.
Went in specifically asking for high dose sativa edibles. Spent $50 after coming home and reviewing the package, we realized that they sold us Delta 9! What a rip off and why wouldn’t they make that clear when selling us the product? Super annoyed, and feeling misinformed. Please make it clear to customers that they are purchasing a derivative not the real deal. Especially when your budtender is the one suggesting the product.

Great location with a drive thru option or walk in and plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and everyone that’s helped me seemed to know what they’re talking about. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere that doesn’t make me feel rushed or judged like some places do and their prices for non-medical is the best in town! They can also direct you to the more affordable places to get or renew your medical mmj card if that’s something you’re interested in!

I will NEVER shop at this shop ever again. The staff was very rude and aggressive, attacking me over me bringing in a pocket knife. I handed over my pocket knife and did my shopping. The budtender 42949 wouldn’t let it go and quit trying to attack me or argue for bringing the knife with me. The security guard gave me back my knife when I was still behind the locked security door with the bud tenders??? That was the whole problem supposedly. Ridiculous treatment over carrying a pocket knife.

Usually go to two different dispensaries but this one was the only one open on thanksgiving day, I came by and bought a half of “Sherb Cream Pie” By Eden Trees for 70$ out the door mistakenly thinking the quality would be the same as other places….. I was completely wrong. The weed had almost no smell at all it was wet and bendy from them keeping humidity packs in the bag post cure which also leads to a shortage when you take it out and the weed actually dries and most of all IT WAS ALMOST BROWN!!!!! IT LOOKED TERRIBLE!! VERY DARK LIKE HOMEGROWN!! When I called and asked them about it they just kind of said you get why you pay for its the lower shelf quality that’s why it’s so cheap and I simply said I go to two other dispensaries that sell top shelf premium cannabis for these same prices, 65 a half 120 an ounce. And that anything that comes out of a dispensary should be top quality and not what I got. All she told me was that the sales are final and I had to call Eden trees. Don’t shop at this dispensary it’s a rip off!! Go to Herbal wellness center or Amplify for cheap top shelf cannabis! I went to Amplify today and got an ounce of Buckeye Relief for 120$! Locals is Ridiculous!! There out of touch with reality and their current market. No Dispo should be peddling garbage!! If you want actual premium Bud for the same price they sell that garbage for go to Herbal wellness center or amplify.

Drove all the way from Obetz to get to this dispensary because I heard that they were great. Got there Before 9 PM and they told me that they were closed and could not service me told Meet inside. To order online and go through the drive-through, but that Was taking orders for tomorrow only I would never come here again and waste my gas
I always use the drive thru here and it's reasonably fast most times but typically there will be some clown sitting in the drive thru clogging it up literally browsing the menu for 5 minutes before they order as if they have no access to the internet anywhere besides the drive thru when its their turn.Besides that, the prices are ungodly expensive for the smallest amounts of mediocre weed. I should really quit this garbage or go back to buying from a guy in the kroger parking lot. It would end up being cheaper and faster lol

Go there for my recreational activities, bought a vape pen from them unfortunately the pen was faulty and leaking, but no worries the ladies at locals said just bring it in with receipts and original packaging, no hassle on replacing the pen, A++ 10/10 service and product, I would highly recommend their business and products!!! If you go through the drive thru, the weights may be off. I was shorted by them and I will never go back. We're already taxed enough in Ohio. You already can't get normal weights like an eighth and then the dispensary shorts you on the weights. Bad business
I don’t even know where to start — the whole point of a dispensary drive-thru is quick and convenient service. If that’s not happening, what’s the point? Might as well make everyone go inside. This is like the second or third time I’ve been stuck in the drive-thru for almost 45 minutes. That’s unacceptable.This is definitely my last time coming here. It’s ridiculous — people already place their orders online or through the app. All staff needs to do is check ID, take payment, and hand over the order. It shouldn’t take this long, and blaming it on being busy isn’t an excuse. Being busy is expected. If the team can’t handle that, management needs to step up: hire more staff, improve the workflow, or figure out a better system.This is exactly how businesses lose loyal customers. People come to a dispensary for convenience and speed — not to feel like they’re waiting in line at the DMV. I’m beyond frustrated with this experience. It really shouldn’t be this difficult.

I have been to a couple other dispensaries closer to my home on the west side of town but I will continue to come here because of the staff. I had some questions since I've taken about a 2 year break and didn't know a lot about CBN, CBG, etc. They helped me with questions and gave me suggestions when asked. They were very friendly and informative. My only regret is that I didn't have a way to tip! I didn't have cash on me and there wasn't a prompt to tip while using card. Next time!!

Not a good experience - I understand this is “new” here, but you can’t sell Delta-9 and try to pass it off as THC derived from flower. Would not recommend wasting your time or $$ here. You guys are going to make people sick giving them stuff they don’t ask for.
Went in specifically asking for high dose sativa edibles. Spent $50 after coming home and reviewing the package, we realized that they sold us Delta 9! What a rip off and why wouldn’t they make that clear when selling us the product? Super annoyed, and feeling misinformed. Please make it clear to customers that they are purchasing a derivative not the real deal. Especially when your budtender is the one suggesting the product.

I will NEVER shop at this shop ever again. The staff was very rude and aggressive, attacking me over me bringing in a pocket knife. I handed over my pocket knife and did my shopping. The budtender 42949 wouldn’t let it go and quit trying to attack me or argue for bringing the knife with me. The security guard gave me back my knife when I was still behind the locked security door with the bud tenders??? That was the whole problem supposedly. Usually go to two different dispensaries but this one was the only one open on thanksgiving day, I came by and bought a half of “Sherb Cream Pie” By Eden Trees for 70$ out the door mistakenly thinking the quality would be the same as other places….. I was completely wrong. The weed had almost no smell at all it was wet and bendy from them keeping humidity packs in the bag post cure which also leads to a shortage when you take it out and the weed actually dries and most of all IT WAS ALMOST BROWN!!!!! IT LOOKED TERRIBLE!! VERY DARK LIKE HOMEGROWN!! When I called and asked them about it they just kind of said you get why you pay for its the lower shelf quality that’s why it’s so cheap and I simply said I go to two other dispensaries that sell top shelf premium cannabis for these same prices, 65 a half 120 an ounce. And that anything that comes out of a dispensary should be top quality and not what I got. All she told me was that the sales are final and I had to call Eden trees. Don’t shop at this dispensary it’s a rip off!! Go to Herbal wellness center or Amplify for cheap top shelf cannabis! I went to Amplify today and got an ounce of Buckeye Relief for 120$! Locals is Ridiculous!! There out of touch with reality and their current market. No Dispo should be peddling garbage!! If you want actual premium Bud for the same price they sell that garbage for go to Herbal wellness center or amplify.

Drove all the way from Obetz to get to this dispensary because I heard that they were great. Got there Before 9 PM and they told me that they were closed and could not service me told Meet inside. To order online and go through the drive-through, but that Was taking orders for tomorrow only I would never come here again and waste my gas
I always use the drive thru here and it's reasonably fast most times but typically there will be some clown sitting in the drive thru clogging it up literally browsing the menu for 5 minutes before they order as if they have no access to the internet anywhere besides the drive thru when its their turn.Besides that, the prices are ungodly expensive for the smallest amounts of mediocre weed. I should really quit this garbage or go back to buying from a guy in the kroger parking lot. It would end up being cheaper and faster lol
